An Audience is:

What is Audience:

A group of people. Experiencing an event.

Types:

Preferrd: > Targetted audience / those a preduct is aimed at
Oppositional:> Not the expected audience.     (These are from the industrys point of views)

Distribution;>method of showing: Buy DVD, Rent DVD/ Blueray, Illegal, legal/ Streaming/ Downloading, TV/Freeview/Cable.
Exhidtion :> method of watching

Style of experience:

1) Streaming-On my own-on my laptop.
2) Cinema- Go with Friends/Family- Mixture
3) TV- family- traditioanlist.

Pete Buckingham:

Pete Buckingham, Head of Distibution and exibition, Uk Film Council suggests "ABC's represent 49% of the population, but 60% of the cinema audience which increase up to 66% amongst heavy cinema goers."
